Singapore visa will be a E paper visa from 01 April'09 onwards. This type of visa involves an extra effort to scrutinize the documents for their authentication & further maintain records at our end for a period of 1 year after the expiry of visa. CHINESE CONSULATE AND VFS HAD LAID NEW RULES FOR VISA.

W.E.F. 18.03.09, China Consulate started their out sources VFS Global, all over India passport will be accepted in Mumbai.
